I AM IN. On November 7, 2010 I will be running the New York City Marathon. I applied for my guaranteed entry today. I will try to be worthy of you, New York City streets.

- The title of my blog is from the Dolly Parton song "Tennessee Homesick Blues." I do get homesick for my (and Dolly's, and Elvis's) home state at times, and that's why I chose the Country Music Marathon in Nashville, on April 25, 2009, as my first marathon. Now I'm gearing up to run the ING New York City Marathon on November 7, 2010. And I hope you'll follow along.
